Sort of. It can take you to the causeway, then you have to take a local uberx once you cross over to JB.

If you go to Queen St Bus Terminal in Singapore, you can find the (few) specially licensed taxis that are allowed to cross the border. If you board a Malaysian cab here, they can take you anywhere in JB.

I recently used a service the other way around - from Senai Airport in Johor Bahru to home in Singapore. Wasnt cheap, but it worked well. Here is the link http://www.sgmytaxi.com/
I think it will cost you SGD90. Certainly cheaper to use the Queen Street Public Taxi service - but with this they will meet you at the airport and drive you straight to the hotel.
