No. You cannot.
Lounge access is almost always contingent on departing in a premium class on that carrier or alliance's aircraft and/or you having sufficient airline status to qualify.
Save some rare exceptions, you cannot mix and match.
MH is oneworld, SQ is *Alliance and you cannot, in this case, use an SQ when departing on MH.

I read on the website and seem like the policy is
Gold member and a star alliance flight?
I am not sure if it's AND or OR.

No problem, all the banks have a 'travel' card which comes with some sort of limited or unlimited lounge access. e.g.
DBS Altitude
Citi Premiermiles
Citi Prestige
UOB PRVI
SC VI
AMEX Ascend
Citi Prestige is particularly good if you are a regular economy traveller as it has unlimited Premier Pass for the holder and a guest.

You are on MH. Not *A. No access.

But note that if your flight departs before your guest's flight, your guest will most likely have to depart the lounge at the same time as you. Be prepared for the lounge to hold on to your boarding passes at the reception desk until you depart the lounge.
