Few Questions on award redemption
Hi Everyone
I've absorbed as much information as I can from the helpful threads but had a few questions to clarify.
1) I researched and supposedly Singapore KrisFlyer opens up the award calender 355 days out but online I can't seem to see past 345 days? just wondering if that's the norm. I called in and the agent said they can only book 11 months out.
2) If I booked LAX-NRT-SIN with the stopover for $100. Is it possible to make it a longer stopover by changing the NRT-SIN segment later on to a future date as long as there is saver first availability on NRT-SIN segment? if there is only waitlist space I believe they might be willing to do it by phone correct(assuming then I have close to 0 miles in my account due to my booking)
