New 2015 Website
Many greetings to you all.
Today, I was asked if I would like to test the new website.
You can take a sneaky peek here (although I'm not sure if everyone has access): http://beta.singaporeair.com
Let's see!

Mmmm doesn't seem to be all too different from the current page. Don't like that I need to click another link to go to KF login. Current page is better in that the KF login ID/Password are on the main landing page.

SQ once again shows that it is going backwards when its biggest competitor is making a large change in keeping up with the digital marketing era.
When will SQ learn!

Had a good look this moring. It does look cleaner but no real significant change.
Agree with the point that it's useful having the login on the front page.

I like that it still looks functional on a laptop, without having to scroll scroll scroll. I am a dinosaur in that still like browsing and transacting with websites on laptop (if using tablet or smartphone much prefer apps for transacting).
IMHO, too many "new"/"trendy"/"latest" sites have way too much white space in their websites, oriented their websites in portrait and no longer have all the information that used to easily fit onto one screen spread over multiple scrolls. The web is going backwards as far as laptops are concerned.

New Revamped Website coming soon
Was offered a peek at the new beta website when trying to book a flight. Did not seem much different from the old one. Froze after a bit. Looks like we may be in for the website problems we had to put up with for months the last time SQ revamped the website.

As a web developer and Singaporean, looking at the code makes me sad. The colour contrast is also a little low on the nav bar and the form tabs.
Does anyone else feel like there's a second delay on every link you click?
