Noob Question: how do you link AMEX MR to Krisflyer? Option is not avail on amex.com
Hi, I am trying to link my AMEX to my Krisflyer account. I go to AMEX, and AMEX website said for Krisflyer, I have to contact Krisflyer directly. I went to Krisflyer, and the page said I have to link it with AMEX. I google, etc. Can't find a way to Link the 2.

I linked Krisflyer and Chase UR easily.

Please help. Thanks.

First, make sure you're enrolled in Membership Rewards, and not just an AMEX card holder.

Assuming you are also in MR, try this:

1. From the AMEX login page, log in.
2. From the home screen, select Membership Rewards -- upper right quadrant of the screen, above your available points total.
3. That opens the MR home page. Select "Travel".
4. That will open a "How to Use Points" page.
5. Select "Transfer Points".
6. That will open a menu of airlines. Select Singapore Airlines
7. The dialogue box that opens instructs you on the account linkage process.

Enroll for Choice Privileges®

Enroll for Iberia Plus

Enroll for Singapore Air KrisFlyer
Virgin America Elevate -

I called Krisflyer, and the sent me back to AMEX....
ENROLLING is for JOINING KrisFlyer program and not linking an account

So always select links that say LINK (e.g. "Link additional programs"). This is a direct link but not sure it'll work: https://rewards.americanexpress.com/..._mr&Face=en_US
