This means that SQ can tag your bag through to the airline mentioned above (same or seperate tickets). But BP can only be issued only if you're on same ticket and only if the other airline has their check in systems open for SQ to access.

Note that some airports do not allow your bags to remain overnight when connecting. SQ will advise you of this when checking in.

Note that when connecting from OA to SQ, you need to check with that respective airline if they will thru check your bags on seperate ticket.
