New Format for My Account screen (View My Miles pages) on aa.com
Just logged in to see if a flight had posted. Looks like they are trying to propagate the look and feel of the new "Price & Schedule" booking page. Anyway--something new to look at. No new information that I can see. At first I was afraid they broke out BIS miles vs. other miles for purposes of 1mm & 2mm (LT Gold & Plat) Nope. They just moved data around on the page.

Do you mean the "My Account" page? "View My Miles" is the same, but I got a message from AA.com on the home page saying, "We are currently experiencing technical issues with My Account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause", and the page shows up blank.

My View My Miles page is still the same as well...

I think that the OP just happened to visit the page when they were testing a new format, and they probably returned the old one. Right now (6:30 am PDT) it looks the same to me, too.

I saw it last night and it looks very nice. A few extra links, larger type, tabbed and and all in one place.
The page seems, as of this morning, to have disappeared, but it was linked to from the My Account link on the top of the page.

I suspect it will reappear and we'll see redesign of other pages as this rolls out.

The good news is when I saw all the comments here this AM I went back to my other browser and I still had the page open, so going back through my buffer I made a bunch of screen captures and turned them into .jpgs. I'll see if I can photoshop out my personal info and post them somewhere later today or tomorrow. Its not just the balance page, but preferences, etc. Four tabs in all.

It's not there Friday morning 8 am PST, 3 hours after MACH81 saw it. Maybe it's only on the UK web site.
