I just read it in the local press. The A380 will come on Saturday, the 17th March 2007, for a 10 day visit to FRA. There are also passengers flight planned, but they don´t told any details about the flights.

Yes, it is the same for me. I had a stop over for 2 hours for my connecting flight on that day in the afternoon. Maybe we are lucky to see the AIRBOSS !!

March 17th is a Saturday!
I guess I'll just have to make a point of visiting my parents that weekend.
I definitely look forward to seeing the big beastie. Does anyone want to even think about how crowded the viewing terrace at FRA will be?

Hey, older HONs,
does it make any sense to approach LH for a group tour of the plane? I'm new to this echelon and while I very much enjoy all the usual perks I have no idea how they'd respond for something unusual like this.

@ngfan:
Parking a plane at a gate? In FRA? They are so short of gates in FRA, they will never for sure waste a gate to just park an aircraft.
