Alamo - Convertible Models Changed
Last night I landed at PBI and went to pick up my reserved convertible expecting the usual Sebring which is pretty much all every co (except Hertz) has offered for the past few years.
Turns out that Alamo no longer rents (new) Sebrings. Instead the standard convertible choices are now PT Cruisers and VW Beetles.
Me I was so tired and unfamilar with those models, I actually bought into the reps sales pitch and upgraded to a Crossfire (their new Premium Convertible choice) <s>

To me a VW or PT is worse than a Sebring! I would have to upgrade or downgrade even not to get one of those!
