Hi all,
I would like you know that mean I am passed the SIDA test for me today this afternoon. I am being very happy for me that I am been waiting for long time since I am been working at FLL years ago. I know all about the security regulations and does need show out the SIDA badge when they are enter the secured area or down near the ramp area. I would show you out for me that I got switch over from blue badge to real SIDA green badge for me today. I pay fees for $10 at Operations Center. When my interpreter was there and they are helpful to understand what is exactly about airport regulations. I know about TSA rules and else to do. I will be exciting to get on the near the ramp and when I am taking the boxes out from upstairs on 2nd floor at terminal 3. You will explain me something about review the rules about airport safety. Thanks all!
Regards

Thanks Guys! I am really appreciate that I am being passed the test and I was listen the audio exactly what is they said to me. I am always to listen the rules and read carefully what I put on the right answer. You know that mean I can get on the ramp near the secure area while I am taking empty boxes out.

Excuse my ignorance, but what exactly is SIDA?
The only definitions I know for that acronym are
síndrome de inmunodeficiencia adquirida (Spanish)
syndrome de l'immunodéficience acquise (French)
neither of which would be cause for congratulations (well, a negative test result, maybe).
Can you enlighten me?

Stands for Security Identification Display Area, meaning the nonpublic parts of the airport sterile area where everyone is badge-obsessed. Don't have your badge displayed properly and all hell breaks loose.Originally Posted by alex0683de

Thanks all! I am really appreciate that I am been spent more time do my test at PHX airport and now, I can get access into the ramp area when I am taking the trolleys out from upstairs and when my supervisor & I will go downstairs to get more trolleys for Pizza Hut Prep and Production mean for all concourses and terminal 3 & 4 expect with Starbucks, and any restaurants or the bars, too. You know that mean if I can take a pictures with the airplanes must to stay with someone. I would definitely that I am knowledge when my last time I was passed the SIDA test at FLL years ago while I am been working at FLL from 7 years ago around early 1999. I remember when they gave me the purple badge for few months and I didn't do it anything for me about security badge last time. Originally Posted by alex0683de

Do they think that I can tour around the terminal to see the baggage handling or something else if I can see something when they are working. I would imagine if my manager to has say ok to me that I can get onto the tour around the ramp. Thanks all!
