Using that as a basis, Dave_C and some other regulars gave it a bit of a ‘spring clean’ in July 2006. In addition to Dave_C’s excellent work, thanks are due to G-BOAC, More Champagne Sir?, Raffles, Shuttle-Bored and Swanhunter on the big effort to review and update the guide.
^ ^ Great stuff! Will read in detail later!

VERY large mug of tea required to get through it all, I promise you!

But worth it. No-one need ever post another question on FT ever again

Just waiting for a mod to sticky and lock it - although I think both are away from their computers. Hopefully should be done shortly.

Top work!

Some feedback on the bulkhead seats in WT+ on the 777 (row 21). Whilst there is nobody to recline into you, if you're very tall, there's actually less legroom, because on the other rows, you can stick your feet further under the seat in front than the bulkhead allows.

Maybe adding more info about the 777 "A" with 17 F seats as to the row number of WT+...

It was nearly all the others this time. I've done very little other than post them up.

Your thanks should go to Raffles, G-BOAC, MCS?, Swanhunter and Shuttle-Bored.

Hi Dave_C,

I think the section about joining the Exec club in Asia is wrong.

Contrary to what is in the guide, it is possible to join EC (with miles credited to ASia Miles) if one resides in the Far East.

The BA.com HK has the right details as far as I can see.

Thumbs up Great work - well done all involved

Great guide although I have one suggestion. Give the number of posts along the lines of "First time in First/Club/WT+", is it worth adding something on the soft product to the travel classes section. This could include food, amenity bags and example food/drink choices. If this is in the BA flash presentations, I apologise but I don't have Flash on this PC.

There is also the added restriction on the Amex 2-4-1 that the cardholder must be one of those travelling (in case someone tries to use it to send their parents, etc).
