Deeply Discounted Biz Class
I have been flying LGW-ATL and have been paying just over 2,000GBP for a return ticket in Club World.
Recently in Krakow, a travel agent quoted 1600GBP for the same flights on BA - clearly a good deal....
...but are their other cities in Europe which are retailing these Club World seats cheaper?
...are their any know pit falls with these tickets?

Absolutely NO pitfalls with these tickets, except:
a) you MUST go to Milan, Krakow etc to do the first leg
b) you may - if you get a check-in agent who does not understand the rules - have a small row about whether you bags can be checked to London or Milan on the way back. But no-one on FT has ever lost this argument.
These fares are not just cheaper than London ones. They are easier to change or cancel AND you get more tier points and miles because of the extra leg.

Watch out for London HIF/HIP so make sure you stop for less than 24 hours in London.
Discounts tend to be best for those routes with competition.
Depending on what your routes are then sometimes opposite direction RTWs or circle fares can be better.
You could always go on a diet, and take yoga lessons and see if you fit into a DHL cargo box to fly more cheaply. Alternatively, join BA as cabin crew and you can fly on the mixed beach fleet off LGW to ATL and then some European cities as well, and get paid for it. Hey, they even have flat beds to sleep on for half the flight as well in the crew rest areas if they are not occupying the F seats....
