Disaster! ITN doesn't work any more!

When I try to go on itn.net this morning, either directly or via flyaow.com, I just get a generic Amex travel page instead, with no obvious way of getting the detailed flight info that used to be available. Can it be that they have gotten tired of people using them as a 'lookup' service and not actually booking through them?

You can use the KVS Availability Tool which searchs on ITN to get fare bucket information. See http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=319244

Not much use to me as it apparently doesn't work through proxies. Another possibility is www.flyaow.com/classual.htm, but this doesn't show all the fare buckets that itn did.

U on QF is the main missing one for us.
W & T on BA also still aren't there (and weren't on the old ITN either).

The KVS tool is great for *A flights, but now that Amex/ITN is not available, it struggles to return non *A flights so not of great value to OneWorld folks here . I sure hope KVS is able to find an alternate source for OneWorld flights soon.

If you find it doesn't show enough QF flights, try inserting the following bold bit into the CX page generated URL, then it seems to add on QF domestic flights, and shows the U class! Still won't show any QF HKG-Australia legs though!

...&hour_ampm.1=6+am&airline=Qantas&air_sort=price+%28lowest+to+highest%29&...

Have had a quick play with the following link and it appears to be working just as the old itn.net used to. Good luck.

Bit weird though ..... this is what it returned on MEL-PER flights:
J4 D4 S4 Y7 B7 H4 Q4 M4 N4 K4 L4 V4 O4

S between D & Y? N before K? Any explanations?

One of the best uses of the defunct ITN was J upgrades. Need to know U availability!

How could anyone on this forum ever even think of going to the Dark Side (ie *A), let alone defecting from QF?

It might do CX and QF, but I can't get it to give me any AA flights or even QF codeshares on AA flights. Try something like LAX-DFW and it says nothing exists!

Won't show any flights HKG-LHR, and that is a CX route!

Well QF is doing its best to make me consider all options...they have a noose around my neck, however, with my lifetime QP membership

This seems to be the best link for all airlines' availability
