Is it possible to vote for a banned candidate?
I see that Attorney28, one of the candidates for TalkBoard, has been banned.
I know that it is impossible to send a PM to a banned member but would like to know if it is possible to vote for one.
(I would make the test myself but can not as I have already voted in the election.)
While it is a bad enough abuse of the democratic process to silence a candidate in the middle of an election it would be even worse if those people who want to vote for him are not allowed to do so.
Does anyone know if it is possible?
