British Midland new business transatlantic menus

Hi Everyone,

To my surprise, I received a surprise package from british midland international this afternoon. I wrote to BMI about a month ago requesting information regarding its business class and sample menus. Finally, they sent me a package with copies of the business menus from MAN to ORD/IAD and ORD to MAN, and the wine list and a little bit of information regarding its new business seats. I type them out and hope those information will be helpful to you all. The menu looks pretty good and the champagnes certainly look very good.

WOW! That's some typing you did there, thanks! Food looks OK...

I am planning on doing an IAD next week, might go for BD, if so I'll post my experiences here...

The seat specs sound near identical to Virgins old Upper Class seat. Now we know what they did with them when they replaced them with the sleepers ;-)

Soggy bread filled with fatty bacon, just the thing to keep you going on an 8 hour flight...

I don't know about that. I personally like a nice bacon butty smothered in HP sauce

The menu sounds waaaaay better than what UA serves in C class -- And I bet you'll get a hot towel and a chocy to boot!

I never said a soggy bread with fatty bacon smothered in HP sauce wasn't nice... (for the non UK readers: HP sauce is a spicy brown sauce used to cover the taste of english cuisine...)
