What airline allow one-way awards?

Location: SFO, 5 year 1K but mostly local these days

What airlines allow one-way awards?
So far all I have found is that
United does it on an exception basis if you are a 1K but even then it is hard. They have a documented policy but it does not guarantee that you are actually allowed to do it.
Virgin atlantic does it no problem. Can even book it online.
Who else?
