What airline allow one-way awards?

What airlines allow one-way awards?

So far all I have found is that

United does it on an exception basis if you are a 1K but even then it is hard. They have a documented policy but it does not guarantee that you are actually allowed to do it.

Virgin atlantic does it no problem. Can even book it online.

Who else?

WN allows one way awards when you get the 16 credits in a year.

AirTran awards are one way, for roundtrip, you just redeem 2 one way awards.

Actually, with BA miles can do one-way awards at half the round-trip award level on every partner except AA.

Korean Air and Asiana both allow one way awards for everything with exactly half the miles of the round trip so you don't lose out at all. Anybody can do this regardless of where they live.
