Electronic Credit Vouchers have arrived!
So I was looking at the new "View My Reservations" pane on nwa.com, and then I noticed this: https://webx25.nwa.com/cgi-bin/view_ecv.pro
It appears to be the replacement for TCV's (bumps), MCO's (fare reductions) and bonus mile certificates (delays), where the value of these electronic vouchers can be in dollars or in WorldPerks miles. They also require the recipient to be a WorldPerks member to be able to use the thing online. A subtle and probably not good change also is that ECVs are not transferable (so much for trading on the Coupon Connection).
Lastly, there is also a F.A.Q. for ECV's.
