If you mention the promotion code BPMT9M as provided in the email, CSR will not know what you are talking about. There are also two profiles for MPD414. One without redeem has black out dates. The one we have with redeem, does not have black out dates. Once you make the reservation, it will then go to Tucson for verification. Once in queue, it will take 72 hours to process. It takes about a week from the time you make the reservation to the time the reservation is ready for ticketing. Call MP to make sure it has been approved. Or you will have to wait at the ticket counter for a MP supervisor to authorize the request. Once it has been approved, make sure the CSR does not take miles from your account, as the computer program will prompt the CSR to do so.
