Premiere Moisson - Montreal - boulangerie, charcuterie, patisserie all in one
Premiere Moisson is partly boulangerie (bakery), partly charcuterie (deli), and partly patisserie (pastry shop). We were very please w/the overall quality of all items we had from here.
There are very many varieties of bread (I read 20 somewhere) many patés, terrines, sausages, deli meats such as sopresseta & proscuitto (of course many hams as well), pies, tarts & on & on & on.
There are currently 11 locations in the Montreal area, the one we took advantage of was in the train station across from Bonaventure Place, which the Hilton is on the top floor.
PM has a traditional wood-burning oven
Most are open from 7:00 am-8:00 pm
PM does take credit cards (visa & amex that I know of)
