Hump at the Santa Monica Airport
Hump is located on the 3rd floor of the Administration Building (one floor up from the TYPHOON Restaurant) on the South side of the Santa Monica Airport.

If you are adventuresome with sushi, try to get the sushiyasan to make you omekase. If he believes you will enjoy everything that he makes, then sit back and have a "true" sushi experience (like a jazz musician trying to read the audience where they should take them). The "baby tako" was outrageously good, but the KING was the "Giant Clam" that was FRESH and prepared FIVE DIFFERENT WAYS for us.
