Upstairs or down?

I've just booked some flights to Phoenix, from LHR, for next year. CW seats, and I notice that there's a choice of upstairs or downstairs. Anyone know which are better please?

Upstairs!
Best seats, IMHO 64AB, 63AB or JK as alternates. Window seats have extra lockers under the window!

I hope you have booked them as the upper deck sells out first!

Always upstairs on the B747. Smaller cabin, less people for the washrooms and most important no children/babies. No brainer

There is a bassinet upstairs. It is not necessarily a baby free zone. Children can sit anywhere of course.
