Anyone ever done a quick turn at PAP? Seems like one of the most unsafe destinations in the area

I wonder what's the minimum time required on the ground in Haiti? Is it possible to same-day turn without going thru Customs? They seem to charge a $10 fee to enter the country which is no big deal but depends on whether it's necessary to line up in order to enter/depart and how long this all takes.
