Photo Trip Report: I AMsterdam - Walking through the canal City /LH Business Class
I have had difficulties getting excited going to Amsterdam over the years. Perhaps I am from South Florida and have seen canals forever! Now living in Beijing, I still get to see bicycles as a major form of transportation. Canals and Bicycles don't seem to excite me.
I have also lived in NYC and London before, so plentiful graffiti art of Amsterdam is not a point of interest to me.
In early Spring, my past perfunctory trips to Amsterdam took a different turn. Perhaps I was in a different mental state and my mind and soul are in different places....I found Amsterdam to be rather charming after all. It is about time for me to appreciate this fine and unique European City.

Thanks for another visually stunning report. AMS has a special place in my heart because it is the first city in Europe that I visited many years ago. Your pictures brought back memories.
