that's good news, since I was very impressed by SQ's AVOD system which helped pass the time with 10.4" screens in Y (similar to AF's C product...) I'll be on the LHR-LAX flight in August, where I managed to get a C award for the busy summer season Heard horror stories about connecting in LHR, but suppose that CDG has a pretty lousy reputation also.

Okay the first experience is extremely positive. I arrived at LHR and was met at T4 by an Air France agent that escorted me to T2. Got me in the lounge in the First Class section. She told me I would be escorted onto the plane as well as will every passenger in F.
That is nice, yet similar to any AF-lounge. Staff started coming with snacks, cold white wine and champaign. The only real downer is that internet is still not free from your own laptop. Positive is that AF has a laptop lying around for passengers to use. I must say very attentive service. If the rest of the flight is similar then this really rocks! Service :-::-::-::-::-: Lounge :-::-::-:
