May I suggest anytime before 1st of November?

That's when my membership year ends, and I might be able to become silver if I get the points for the DO within this year..

Except from that, anytime.. Pretty flexible when I can get days off from work, except the month of December.

How about posting dates that are NOT good for you and then we go through the list after and see what dates look best for most?

www.doodle.com best thing to get a common date. ZRH Stammtisch folks use it in communitybuzz! and probably some other groups here on FT as well. we'd just need someone to put it on ... tommy?

Thanks, Chris.

These are the alternative dates for the Airbus visit. (has to be on a weekday)

As you can see, alternatives are Monday or Friday.

The return can be at everyone's convenience since the return goes with a regular flight

So we are flying from Scandinavia to Toulouse and then CDG/LHR on the chartered SAS bird. Afterwards, everybody leaves by themselves from CDG/LHR on whatever service he/she books ??

Works....
