I drink about 5-6 liters of tap water a day in Denmark so I drink a lot of water all the time. Have switched to bottled or filtered when in the U.S.
Spent a weekend in Stockholm last year and the tap water was the best water I've ever tasted anywhere, tap or bottled. Seriously good stuff!

Not where I live (I tried the tap water from Svedala to Ystad - I live in that area and it tastes salty and it's extremely hard - if you drink plain tea then you know what I mean). It was so bad that Brita filter doesn't help (I bought a lot when I used to live in Denmark, now I bring them when I'm travelling to the US - it takes up much less space than having gallons of water in a car). If I had known that I wouldn't have bought the house where I'm living in. Malmo is OK, Lund is better (but in return it smells of chlorine).
Stayed in Lerum several times, and Mr. claims that there is a metal after taste in the water.
Apart from that it's great.
