Diamond Event; Meet the CEO (Stockholm)
Hi all,
Just received a (targeted) mail about the Diamond Meet & Greet Event in Stockholm, May 28.
Agenda includes mingling and 'a few words from our CEO'
Both the CEO, CCO and other representatives from different SAS departments will be present.
Any other FT members that are planning to participating?
Any inputs for interesting questions, if some of us are lucky to get to mingle with the top...besides the obvious Eurobonus 'devaluation' ones...
Btw...Nice treat to the Diamond members...but it comes with a cost of 500 points to sign up!
Cheers,

I received the same, haven't made up my mind on going. Happen to have a meeting close by earlier in the afternoon. Wouldn't have gone out of my way for it.
Interesting questions:
- Insights in the two unannounced routes from ARN and OSL.
- When are you going to fix/improve the food both in the lounge and on-board?
- When is the wifi going to stop sucking in EWR and ORD? (The free Boingo wifi in the terminal is easily 100x better)
- When can we expect service minded staff?
- When can we expect to see upgrade vouchers for Diamond members?
Then in terms of things they have done right I'd applaud them on:
- SFO route.
- HKG route, even more on the fact its from ARN.
- New cabin.
- In-flight wifi.

How many Diamond members are there in total?
Too many I believe, since SAS took the initiative at the beginning of year to reduce the number of Gold/Diamond customers with their "improvements"
So... from a crowd management perspective, it sounds right that not every Diamond member was invited and the selection might have been as simple as pushing the button called "Random"
