INF tickets don't earn miles, since they are just tag ons... you only earn on INS (infant with seat) or CHD (child) tickets.

In my experience Expedia always sends the FF number in an wrong format to SK and it is an pain to make it right again, I am almost at the point where I just skip Expedia all together, and what makes it even more strange is that Expedia have a close cooperation with SK.

The advantage to the chat is that it allows you to record the conversation. I've had a few occasions where SK staff gave contradicting answers and it is very easy to point it out and show them. When done on the phone it leaves you without any evidence. I've recently noticed that they are a little more careful answering on the chat and more of then than not (previously the other way around) provide correct answers and assistance.

Given that LOT's sites is now as useless as SK's when it comes to changing the FF#, is the only option left now calling?

I couldn't find any chat option on flysas.com.

Search for the keyword "chat" on SK's page and you get as top answer

May I use the chat function?

If there are operator's available, you will find a link to the chat below. They will help you to find information on our website.
Note! For your security, we can't help you by chat if we need your creditcard details.

To be fair, we didn't know that is what you wanted to do.

At least, it should be pretty straightforward to add it if you call up. If SAS phone customer service can do anything they can surely do that...

Yeah, the chat link didn't show up because I was trying to do it outside their "opening hours".

All sorted out now, thanks for the help!
