Rue La La has sale "boutiques" that usually last 48 or 72 hours, and they have sales on designer clothes, accessories, home items, and travel destinations. I figured we'd start a conga, since it's invitation only, and when you join and make a purchase, the person who invited you receives a $10 credit. So, I'll start the conga. Thanks!

Thanks! Now, for this to work as a conga, you'll want to log into your account, and post your referral link. Then, the next person to join will use your link, so that you receive the credit, and then they'll post their link, etc.

If not, that's not how conga works in SPAM to plant one's own referral link without using any previous link.

Unless KaiserG13 contacted bhannahjane, they've jumped the conga, as I can tell from my account that they didn't use my referral link. Not a big deal for me, since bhannahjane did, but still, bhannahjane should receive credit from a new member, not someone jumping the line.

I joined Rue La La through a PayPal invite a while back. I cannot help that bhannahjane did not post her referral link. Since bhannahjane had already used kipper's link and it has been 2 months since she joined I doubt she will ever post it. I figured I would post mine and get the conga going. I did not see any harm since kipper already had someone join using his referral. Didn't mean to violate any rules etc... looks like this conga is going nowhere anyway, lol...

FWIW, that's not how conga works. If you didn't use the proper referral link and signed yourself up, you simply can't join the conga. Period.
Plugging in one's own link without giving proper referral credit to conga participants in line is NOT "get the conga going." That is cutting the line, which indeed is a violation of SPAM conga rules.
With due respect, if you are still confused about what a conga is and how to do conga in SPAM Forum, I personally will be more than happy to explain it to you.
