QR F Deals

Do QR ever have F sale fares? If so what could I reasonably expect for F LHR-DOH then DOH-HKG return? I know the latter is a J only cabin.

When there was the sale a few weeks ago the J fare was about £2K but the F fare was over £5K which seemed a bit steep for a one-sector F fare...

Now that you mention it, I have never seen an F fare in any of the (very) frequent sales offers/promotions run by Qatar.

So...my guess is no, they don't tend to offer F in discount.

I'd love to know how many people buy F fares, rather than just upgrading. Differentiation between F and J is minimal...

If you don't mind the jaunt, start your trip from CDG in F on the A380. The prices for F, tend to be a little more (£200-£400) than J from LHR.

I've done it a few times, and it has saved me quite a bit of money...although the connection at CDG is a pain in the backside!

I personally do not find the £1400 difference justifiable between J & F on QR. On EK, LH, you could justify the difference.

That's it? Can you even redeem AA or One World member miles against these routes? Otherwise I fail to see why I'd ever take then.

Ex-CAI, you can get good F deals. The first leg is J (but sold as F) and the second flight to LHR or CDG will be in F.

QR has stated they want to fly the 380 to JFK.

Would redeem, QR have a really nice tie up with Giorgio Armani for their amenities in F. I'm not saying that's the only reason, I just mean it's a nice reason.

Was looking LHR-HKG. I agree, not worth £1400 (or more) to upgrade.

Shame as like the A380 timings to that connection...
