Missing miles....

Guys,

Like a plonker I've just checked my Q miles statement and realise that a BKK - LHR journey is missing from the statement. I took it Feb 2011 in Business as well so am missing about 9k and 60 points. Any way I can claim these now?

Thanks

Best just to try emailing member services I guess... hope they'll let you have 'em!

Its not looking good I'm afraid. This from the Introduction section of the PC Terms and Conditions.

Any dispute regarding reward/accrual and/or other actions must be reported to Qatar Airways within 6 months from the date of transaction, after which this shall not be investigated by QR or claimed by members.

And this from 'Claims For Missing Qmiles'.

Should any transactions not reflect in a Member’s account after 45 days of the date of transaction, the Member may request to claim missing Qmiles as long as the request is made within 6 months of the date on which the transaction took place.

Good luck. Looks like you will need it.

Thanks for the help guys. Tried e-mailing customer services and got a reply quoting the 180 day rule (which I did know about) and politely telling me 'tough'.

Worth the try! Thanks!
