I don't think it was a case of being inconsistent, but such an investment does requires a trial period in terms of reception and the effect onboard (toilets certainly can become very crowded). Now that Qantas has received positive feedback they have extended it to more and more services to create the list above.

Thanks serfty for creating the list in numerical order.

For the benefit of those unfamiliar with QF offering who might be reading this thread - the "everyone" in the thread title means passengers in both first class and business class (but not economy class), on the longhaul flights.

O.o They are trialling on-board toilets? Such innovation!

Never had a problem with the on-board toilets; I guess it could get tricky if you wanted to try the out-house.

Well, it might be worth converting some coat-hanging space into an extra "changing room"?

I'm sure mother would agree that if Yorkshire Airlines can do it surely QF could, as they have an excellent outhouse which would be perfect for GoldFlyer's jammie changing requirements...

Don't you use the cockpit to change anyway?

Question PJ's

Am going SFO to Sydney in First Class the first week of April on the United flight. Does United provide PJ's to their first class passengers?

Not a clue. Perhaps the United Forum members http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=504 might be of some assistance...

When do they start offering size S or XS pyjamas?
(Do they even make one? I've never come across one.)
