How long should it take for a compensation voucher to post

Received a on-board miles voucher from the purser nearly a month ago but miles still haven't posted (the voucher says 15 days).

Is this the norm?

I also sent an email to customer care regarding a different issue, how long does it usually take them to respond?

I usually get a reply from customer service within a couple of days. In terms of vouchers, I would call them and ask. If they say 15 days they should do it in 15 days.
