Shorthaul aircraft and only 200 TP on BAEC though, if I'm not mistaken.
Can anyone find build a nicer routing from this?

Oh, where did you find one on A330?
Were you able to find any other routings?
I could only find Dubai via DOH...

QR1018 on 1st of June, for example, but is 522€... 10€ more, there are many flights between DOH and DXB operated with A330, but they do not fly with A330 to otp. I didn't check other routes

Thanks. I just found B787 (QR1006) as well.
But on the short hop from DOH to DXB, it doesn't really matter.
Would be more interesting on DOH-OTP...

And correct if I'm wrong, but I believe that DOH-DXB flights are listed as First rather than Business and give you access to the new First Class lounge in DOH instead of the Biz Class lounge. At least that was my experience last year.

Thx for sharing !
Did anyone successfully booked a trip through the QR website? After entering pax details I get the error stating the selected fare isn't available anymore. Tried different dates..
Edit; Other browser did the trick !

That's correct, only when you travel to DXB, for the return you wouldn't have access to Al Safa First.

Flown this route recently (post X-mas 2016) from OTP to DOH and then onwards to DXB. Flat bed from Bucharest and the excellent service that QR is known for in J-class. Spent 3.5 hours in the Al-Safwa before connecting on the A320 to DXB (QR is known for equipment changes on this route). DOH<->DXB routings are roughly 50 minutes in duration and the reclining arm-chairs are definitely sufficient although the meals are a tad rushed...
One point though - OTP lounges leave a lot to be desired, no warm meals available in either of the two lounges, just wafers and crisps...
