Thank you for your email.
I have looked at your booking and these were always booked with a lengthy stop in Jakarta
and as such we will not provide Hotel Accommodation.
The STPC Procedure that you have forwarded is the policy from Australia and not the Policy
from the United Kingdom.
As you booking was made direct on the website you can also contact the Head Office in
Jakarta and see if they are willing to provide anything but I cannot Guarantee this.
We will only provide STPC from the United Kingdom if there is a schedule change to a booking
and this causes a miss connection but not if it is originally booked with a long stop over.
Please feel free to contact our Customer Care team if you are not happy with this policy
