You're missing my point. I'm not talking about this specific fare. People have been complaining that people are marking BR's J, as F.

My point is it's semantics and their J is pretty much as good as an F.

I find it very disappointing on the part of Google to be doing this, since BR is one of our choices from YYZ for a one-stop flight to S.E. Asia in Elite class. Until this is fixed, I can now only rely on Kayak Canada and ITA when doing searches in premium economy.

BR is a five Star airline, and their service to Asia is right up there with CX as far as I'm concerned, at usually a cheaper fare. Unfortunately, since I have no use for Aeroplan for flying, the points just get converted into Esso gift cards. Yeah, I know, the worst possible way to redeem them, but what can you do.

All BR F fare threads should be combined into one: BR Phantom F Fares.

But these posts haven't been about Eva's J. The posts have consistently been about Eva's Y or Prem Y pretending to be an F fare. If they were about Eva's J being confused with an F fare, I might agree, but they haven't been.

This will serve as master thread of misposted BR P fares. Please note that even though Google flights and ITA show these fares as First, BR no longer has a F cabin. We will leave this thread in the Premium Deals forum for now, with a hope to reduce the number of threads reporting BR First finds.

Nobody in this thread or in any thread I have seen have complained that people are marking BR's J as F. The issue is that Google flights are marking BR Y as F. I feel like you misunderstood the issue at hand but but now don't want to back down so are arguing a different point that nobody has made..

FWIW I flew EVA J last week and it was as good as BA F(the only F I have flown). But lets not get O/T..

But this is a premium fare deal thread, not a trip review thread. You can praise all you want in Eva forum or somewhere appropriate. I love BR too.

I'm seeing the BR P fares on Matrix now as a business fare.

When will google get their act together?

I have reported this several times myself.

Judging by how long major bugs persist in their other marquee products (like Android,) never.

Actually I think they've fixed it. At least on ITA Matrix. I did three reports over the last week. I haven't seen one BR T or P fare as either Business for First today.
