it actually maters what code it's booked under not who is operating it. A BA flight booked with an AA flight number earns EQMs (and RDMs/EQD) according to the AA chart so Business would get 2x EQMs but at the loss of a bunch of RDMs since that would earn based on ticket cost vs distance. My math for the link in the OP is 33,950 EQMs since it was all AA flt numbers.
