I can't replicate those fares. Also, the 1095 DPS - AKL seems to be a O/W, return seems to be at least a few hundred USD more.

I can find BKK-AKL for 1.126 EUR (1.240 US$) return, okay, with a 23hr stopover in KUL. But still a good price

Good fare esp. when Y fares on GA are around $900. Thanks to the OP for the find!

Also available from CGK for around $1,300.

Works from CGK as well for SYD and MEL, AKL more expensive than starting in DPS.
