TO many say that MIA is a breeze. Sorry for beeing negative... I flew through MIA at least 6 times during the last 2 months. It took:
worst case: 85 minutes to get out of immigration (huge queues to get to the Kiosks)
best case: 15 minutes
Saying this because it really might happen that you get stuck.
The fare is available, MUC-DUS-MIA-CUR and back costs aprox 1250 Euro. Promo seems not to be working if you try to departure from Austria or Italy.
