QR J Companion Sale HEL-TYO r/t starting 1088e/pp
Qatar Companion Fares from Helsinki to Tokyo seem to be especially nice.
Wide availability and prices starting from 2176.24e for two. Some availability even during Sakura season.
Departures in 2017 are +200e more, but still a very good price.
Books (unsurprisingly) into R, but this fare should be great for OW folks, since HEL is cheap and easy to get to, compared to CAI/IST, where you usually see these sort of fares

Are you searching for two people, the business promo fare doesn't show unless you search for two adults.
Check that you're inside the travel periods too.
