Norwegian CPH - BKK - CPH £860

This one is a NYE departure, I know nothing about Norwegian but this sounds like a bargain. Any tips or info?

Yes its a good deal but be aware Norwegian is a low cost carrier. There business class will be more like premium economy and there will be no gourmet food, lounges or frequent flyer points. If the dates suit you it would be worth spending a bit more and get in on this fantastic fare from CPH with Cathay. Much better product and service.

For a non-stop it's a good deal.

not a good deal at all IMO. This is prem eco at best, not business. Too expensive; there are often real C-class deals in this market at similar proce levels.

But we have to say 'big thank you' to DY for entering the market and making fares go down

Actually, Norwegian DOES offer Lounge-access, and fast-track for premium pax on their LH service.

Lounge-access is offered at:
Oslo
Stockholm
Copenhagen
London Gatwick
Los Angeles (One World lounge)
Bangkok (KLM & Air France Lounge)
New York JFK ( Korean lounge )

Airlines that call themselves LCC(low cost carrier) are more low comfort carrier than cost.

Its a matter of taste..Might seem a good bargain, but be careful with Norwegian.. i personally have not had good experiences with them. I second ESFLYER95..Cathay is a sweeter ride for such a journey.

I would never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever book Norwegian on long haul. Not only can you fly Business Class to Bangkok on Qatar, Turkish or Finnair for the same price, but chances are that you'll end up with a big delay on Norwegian.

Oh come one! There are very seldom deals at this price level: never any involving non-stop flights.

By coincidence there is an excellent deal on Cathay at the moment but it involves two transfers in each direction.

For someone not interested in miles, but looking for comfort on a direct non-stop flight, with lounge access at airports, this has to be a good deal.
