Oman Air J (WY) MXP-SIN/KUL €1500 ai rt
Availability wide open, outbound valid until Dec 10th, 2015, return by Dec 31st, 2015, R fare class, if you're flexible with dates choose A332/A333 aircraft with 1-2-1 seating rather than A330 with new 2-2-2 seating. Around 1500 Euros.

Only MXP-SIN/KUL, no other combinations and dates
2000 Eur sounds like MXP-BKK. Forgot to mention you can also put miles into EY (award only). Last time I flew into MXP from US for deals just like this, especially with 1-2-1 seating.

The R fare class is back on
FRA-KUL for €1608,
FRA-BKK for €1613,
MUC-KUL for €1590,
MUC-BKK for €1598,
MXP-KUL for €1731,
MXP-BKK for €1936,
CDG-KUL for €1667,
CDG-BKK for €1872,
stopover seems to be allowed (last time I tested MXP-KUL and stopover wasn't permitted). R fares already sold out on certain dates. LHR and ZRH will be at least double even with the lowest available fare bucket D.
Test March - April, not sure about other dates, can't guarantee this will be around very long. This is on omanair.com, not sure about other OTA.
Try to get on A332 or A333 (old 1-2-1 seating), rather than A330 and 787 (new business class seating 2-2-2).

I did CDG-MCT-BKK in J over new year 2013/14 and the cabin/flight itself was wonderful. Lacking a little in the customer service dept (there's a thread somewhere on here about their chauffeur service - or lack of it) and the lounge wasn't all that great but incredibly busy.
With some of the ex-OSL deals with QR recently coupled with WY's move to a 2-2-2, I think there are (or at least were) better options for SE Asia recently.
