When I wrote to PHX using TSA's "Got Feedback?" form to get information about airport photography policies last year, the response came from this man, who would likely be able to get you contact information for the FSD there:

Thanks, Phil-I'll admit, I forgot about your earlier thread w/all the contact info in it, so thank you for not flaming me over that! (BTW-there's only 1 'L' in Mr. Kaiser's first name, I discovered when I tried to e-mail him w/both L's in there, but he's already responded so it's definately still valid ^ ).

My original reason for asking for the current FSD contact info in PHX was to request assistance in transiting the checkpoint next week, for reasons which I'll not go into right now. Her very lengthy response had numerous suggestions & offers of her own assistance in it, which I plan to take her up on (or at least try to!) on the day of travel.

While reserving judgement until I & all my party are on the other side of the checkpoint next week, I have been pleasantly surprised by the level of response from both Ms. Adams & Mr. Kaiser. ^
