TSA ORD UA Terminal 1 - Mon morning 9/20
I had a 6 am flight and was into the airport between 5 - 5:15 am this morning.
I think there are 3 seperate screening areas (I could be wrong) - One near the far end B gates. One in the middle and one near the international check-in.
The one in the middle today was feed by two lines (one for elite, one for non-elite). There were only 2 machines going...the lines were really really long and wrapped around the easy0checkins. People were definitely frustrated.
It wasn't till later perhaps close to 5:40 that the TSA opened up additional lanes (still not all lanes). I wish that given the new security screening proceedures that there would be more lanes open on a Monday morning.
*rant off*
