Protea in s. Africa cancels reservation- compensation?
I had confirmed reservations for the World Cup period.
Protea chain then sold all rooms of the hotel to a FIFA World Cup travel group (MATCH).
Then wrote a letter just informing me that my reservations (2 rooms for 4 nights) had been cancelled.
Now it is impossible to get a hotel in that city.
They offered as good will 1 weekend stay except for WC period.
I do not think this is fair at all? Can I ask for more?
