what to do with 10k miles about to expire?

hello, i have a little over 10k miles on TAP that are about to expire. what can i do with them, if anything? overall I dont have much activity with them, and it was a bad idea to credit those miles there in the first place... thanks for any suggestions... (transfer to hotel? car rental hertz discount? anything?)
