Trouble w/Alamo Site!

Trouble w/Alamo Site!
Is anyone else having trouble with Alamo's site functions? When I click on "view/modify" it tells me to call their off-shore service phone number and does not show your contract. Is it only me? Operator said to try later. But I've been trying for two days. After trying to check-in online, it will not let you do that either. Alamo rep. has no other answers. Rep. also said you can't check-in online if you are using an electronic or any other type of discount coupon. Seems strange.

I had the same problem trying to check in - I used a Discover cash back coupon ($20 for $40). Similarly rep on the phone had no solution.

northy989, very much the same situation. Mine was a Visa $ off.

i posted above ( or below) before I saw this thread.. Same problem today and I didn't use a coupon.
