VN VIETNAM AIRLINES has individual TV on A321 already

As shown in this photo on airliners, Angkor Air, a subsidiary of Vietnam Airlines has individual TVs on its A321 business class. So Vietnam Airlines is likely to have some A321s with the same equipment as what Angkor has?

Although my previous journey on a VN A321 does not have individual TV, which is ironic.

I flew on one of their very new A321's domestically in February, no TV's on that flight.
