Air China domestic baggage allowance for Star Silver
Do Star Silver get any additional free baggage allowance on Air China domestic flights?
This link makes me think only PhoenixMiles Silver get the extra 20 KG?

True, but heavy carry-ons are fine, and buying up to F (not much messing with your baggage allowance in this case unless you go nuts) is often fairly cheap.
