The horrible 10-abreast configuration! Weird that they are advertising it as their new state-of-the-art aircraft with top-of-the-line product. Bit of a detour from reality, IMHO. Legroom is decent (but would be painful for taller people), and beware of IFE boxes infringing on your space- so select your seat wisely. IFE is average to below average, food has gone downhill for the past few years (I now completely skip the meal service, even in J). May become edible if you're very hungry...
